Make disputes well-documented
GEXYRAL is a third-party neutral verification and traceability platform: We generate PID strings and QR codes for entry and record every verification behavior. The platform does not verify authenticity and does not offer QR code label printing. Merchants can arrange printing and labeling by themselves. When doubts, complaints or disputes arise, verification records can be used for post-sale evidence presentation, post-event explanation and risk verification.
Why are verification records particularly important when disputes occur?
After the goods enter circulation, merchants often cannot control the time, place and method of verification. GEXYRAL continuously records the verification behavior of each PID, providing independent and verifiable objective records for subsequent complaint handling, platform spot checks or responsibility explanations. When abnormal scanning behavior occurs, the system will not draw a conclusion but will alert the risk so that all parties can understand and assess it based on objective records on their own.

Do we offer QR code label printing services?
The platform provides PID serial code and QR code entry generation, and offers a verification record page. GEXYRAL does not offer physical label printing, production or labeling services. After the PID and QR code are generated, merchants can choose the printing method, printing manufacturer and label carrier by themselves, and complete the labeling by themselves. The platform is only responsible for the operation of the digital generation and verification record system. The material, printing quality, pasting method, wear and tear during circulation or human replacement of physical labels are not within the scope of the platform's services.
What information does the platform record? How to protect privacy?
The platform only records necessary information directly related to the verification behavior, including verification time, access source, verification method, and abnormal usage patterns, to ensure system integrity and risk identification capabilities.
The platform does not record or store personal identity information, does not create user profiles, and does not collect data unrelated to verification. All records are only used to verify behavioral analysis and risk warnings and are not intended for marketing or other commercial purposes.
