DPP Feature Fix Optimization UX improvement Compatibility update Merchant capability Merchant console
15:55
According to feedback from some merchants, the platform has recently completed two optimizations of merchant functions: 1. The historical code access function is launched In order to facilitate merchants to continue to use the original code when replacing systems, upgrading anti-counterfeiting traceability solutions, or migrating old data, the platform has added historical code access capabilities. Merchants can connect used historical codes such as anti-counterfeiting codes, traceability codes, batch codes, serial numbers, tag codes, packaging codes, and old QR codes to the existing PID product identity records for subsequent inquiries and Unified management. Current support: - Upload and import CSV/ TXT files - CSV import template download - Pre-check before import - conflict indicating - Import record view - Connected codes are deactivated or withdrawn Description: The platform only supports query and identification of "connected historical old codes", which does not mean that any external code can be directly queried. 2. Repair the problem of duplicate storage of goods In response to the feedback from a few merchants that "duplicate product records may appear after clicking to save product information", the platform has completed the repair. This optimization adds a save anti-duplication mechanism to prevent the same product from being created multiple times due to page jams, network delays or repeated clicks. 3. Problem feedback explanation If a merchant encounters functional abnormalities, import problems or other bugs during use, they can submit feedback through the merchant's work order system. The platform will continue to pay attention to feedback from merchants and promptly investigate and handle issues that affect normal use. Thanks to all merchants for their support and feedback, GEXYRAL will continue to optimize product identity management, anti-counterfeiting traceability and historical data access experience.

Optimization of product ID code usage scenarios This update optimizes the usage scenarios of product ID codes, making the query experience of different types of products clearer. For products with QR codes located in the package, inside the tag or in the accompanying information, the user still maintains the original verification page and query logic after scanning the code. The page will display the product identity record, verification number, verification area, product information and Risk warnings and other content. For the QR code located in locations that can be seen before purchase, such as the outer packaging, the outside of the tag, or exhibition samples, the system has added a post-purchase supplementary verification scenario. After scanning the code, users can still check the product identity record first; after purchasing the product, they can also further complete physical verification based on the hidden information on the inside of the package, the tag sandwich or the accompanying card. The focus of this adjustment is not to change the original scanning experience, but to use different judgment methods for different product scenarios. Ordinary products continue to maintain the original verification process, and a layer of physical verification reminders after purchase will be added for products visible before purchase. Through this optimization, the platform can better distinguish between the two actions of "publicly scanning the code to view data" and "checking the physical object after purchase", reducing misunderstandings caused by exposed QR codes being scanned, photographed or forwarded in advance, allowing consumers to be clearer when viewing product information, and allowing merchants to choose a more appropriate ID code use plan based on the packaging method of the product.

GEXYRAL DPP compliance process lightweight upgrade instructions Recently, we have received feedback from many users: Although the DPP digital product passport can help the product establish a more complete compliance record and credible display, in the actual use process, the initial configuration, data supplement, PID association and release process is still complicated for some new users. In response to this problem, this upgrade focuses on lightweight optimization of the DPP compliance process. On the basis of maintaining the integrity of compliance logic, clear data structure, and traceability of the evidence chain, we have further reduced the operating costs of users, gradually upgrading the DPP from "requiring manual configuration step by step" to "system-assisted completion, users only need to confirm key matters" working methods. For new users, after this upgrade, they can understand and run the complete DPP process faster. The platform will provide clearer guidance around products, PID, evidence, machine-readable data and release status, helping users complete key steps from creation to release in a shorter period of time and lower the threshold for first-time use. For existing users, the system further enhances the automated collaboration capabilities between PID and DPP. On the premise of complying with business rules and compliance boundaries, the platform can automatically handle more batch associations, status synchronization and subsequent maintenance work, reducing duplicate fillings, duplicate bindings and duplicate operations, allowing users to focus more on product data itself, rather than complex process operations. It should be noted that this upgrade will not affect the basic functions of original PID users. PID remains independent, stable, searchable, and can be used for product identification;DPP serves as a higher-level digital product passport capability that provides enhanced support to users with compliance disclosure, export preparation, evidence filing and trusted display needs. Through this update, GEXYRAL further achieves: PID and DPP are clearly separated, but they can coordinate smoothly. PID continues to assume the basic role of commodity identity carrier, while DPP carries more complete product information, compliance records and trusted display capabilities on this basis. For users who only need basic identity query, the user experience will not be affected; for users who need DPP capabilities, the platform will provide more automated, lighter, and easier to use compliance process support. The goal of this upgrade is clear: Make DPP no longer seem complicated, make the compliance process easier to implement, and allow small and medium-sized merchants to complete the collaborative management of product digital identities and digital product passports at a lower cost.

Optimize the display structure of the PID verification page, restructure the integrated presentation of "platform judgment + judgment basis", strengthen verification records and abnormal behavior expression, and improve the stability of multi-language and mobile adaptation. This update does not involve the underlying logic, but only optimizes the display layer to make the results easier to understand, and at the same time improves consumer viewing efficiency and merchant communication value.

DPP Feature Fix Optimization PID verification page Merchant console

This version focuses on the direction of "Commodity Digital Identity and Verification Record Infrastructure Platform" and carries out system-level optimization and upgrades to the online capabilities of GEXYRAL: On the premise of using PID as the basic capability, the generation logic, authority system and operation mechanism of DPP / Passport have been sorted out and repaired to improve the stability of automatic generation under the PID dimension and solve the problem of duplicate writing existing in life cycle records., and supplement a unified capability access control mechanism to ensure the consistency of merchant side permissions and functional boundaries. At the same time, the structure of the consumer query page is optimized to achieve hierarchical display based on the actual capability status. While retaining the basic verification experience, the presentation of enhanced capabilities is more clear and controllable; and the related capabilities of export, template, evidence and batch processing are converged and enhanced, improving the overall usability, stability and subsequent expansion capabilities of the system. On this basis, the platform further expands the compatibility capabilities of subject types, and adds new support for individual sellers and individual operators to access, making the system usable and adaptable in more real business scenarios, and the overall trend is "complete in structure," The "Infrastructure for Scale Applications" stage continues to advance.

System-level performance optimization is carried out for the merchant side PID output and consumer query link, reconstructs key processing processes and improves response efficiency and stability in high concurrency scenarios. After optimization, identity generation and verification requests are processed in a more timely manner, and the return of results is more consistent and predictable. While ensuring the integrity of data records, the overall experience and platform operation reliability are further improved.

This update mainly focuses on the overall optimization of risk control capabilities. The system no longer relies on a single trigger when judging abnormal situations, but combines multiple behaviors and records for comprehensive analysis. At the same time, the code scanning results have a new process recording capability, so that each identification has subsequent verification value. Without affecting the normal experience, this upgrade improves the stability and reference significance of judgment, making the results more realistic and reliable.
