GEXYRAL DPP compliance process lightweight upgrade instructions Recently, we have received feedback from many users: Although the DPP digital product passport can help the product establish a more complete compliance record and credible display, in the actual use process, the initial configuration, data supplement, PID association and release process is still complicated for some new users. In response to this problem, this upgrade focuses on lightweight optimization of the DPP compliance process. On the basis of maintaining the integrity of compliance logic, clear data structure, and traceability of the evidence chain, we have further reduced the operating costs of users, gradually upgrading the DPP from "requiring manual configuration step by step" to "system-assisted completion, users only need to confirm key matters" working methods. For new users, after this upgrade, they can understand and run the complete DPP process faster. The platform will provide clearer guidance around products, PID, evidence, machine-readable data and release status, helping users complete key steps from creation to release in a shorter period of time and lower the threshold for first-time use. For existing users, the system further enhances the automated collaboration capabilities between PID and DPP. On the premise of complying with business rules and compliance boundaries, the platform can automatically handle more batch associations, status synchronization and subsequent maintenance work, reducing duplicate fillings, duplicate bindings and duplicate operations, allowing users to focus more on product data itself, rather than complex process operations. It should be noted that this upgrade will not affect the basic functions of original PID users. PID remains independent, stable, searchable, and can be used for product identification;DPP serves as a higher-level digital product passport capability that provides enhanced support to users with compliance disclosure, export preparation, evidence filing and trusted display needs. Through this update, GEXYRAL further achieves: PID and DPP are clearly separated, but they can coordinate smoothly. PID continues to assume the basic role of commodity identity carrier, while DPP carries more complete product information, compliance records and trusted display capabilities on this basis. For users who only need basic identity query, the user experience will not be affected; for users who need DPP capabilities, the platform will provide more automated, lighter, and easier to use compliance process support. The goal of this upgrade is clear: Make DPP no longer seem complicated, make the compliance process easier to implement, and allow small and medium-sized merchants to complete the collaborative management of product digital identities and digital product passports at a lower cost.
