The evidence package is not a simple upload of files. Why you need an Evidence Pack

Many products are not without data, but the data is scattered, difficult to interpret, and difficult to reuse.

For merchants, it will be difficult to support long-term operations if reports, certificates, authorizations and explanatory documents are only scattered in chat logs, online disks or emails. The value of the Evidence Pack is to turn these materials into a data asset that is continuously maintained around product records.

When merchants need to send information to customers, partners or reviewers, they can export evidence packages. The export package can include product snapshots, field summaries, evidence indexes, timelines and Manifest to help recipients confirm whether the data is consistent with platform records.
